Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Vouchers are redeemable in CARACTÈRE restaurant only. 

2. Vouchers will be delivered to reservation holders only.  

3. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale and any vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. 

4. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery at which point vouchers are not replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen. 

5. Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Caractère only. Purchases made with vouchers are neither transferable nor refundable by cash.

7. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. 

8. Vouchers are strictly for personal use and may not be used as part of any competition prize or offer. Failure to comply and unauthorised use of vouchers may result in refusal of entry.
