For the first time, Roux Scholarship judges, Emily and Michel Roux have interpreted the Semi-final dish and imposed mystery box of this year’s 2025 competition!

Because you never get to sample the incredible creations the participants/Chefs make, we are opening our doors to the wider public on Wednesday 30th of April.

This very special evening will also give you the opportunity to sample the winning dish created by the winner and ask all your gruelling questions to Emily & Michel about the competition itself.

Cancellation policy: Kindly note, for this special occasion we will operate a 1 week cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no shows will incur a fee of £220 per person. Any charges will be taken from the credit/debit card provided at the time of the booking.
